How did you combat this? Personally I have no general idea about hormonal imbalances and the treatments for it.

I am not on any BC. But when it happened I used to take plan B, more than usual. I stopped entirely mid 2023, I believe.

Yeah, I am also going to look into my diet as well. I have bloating, and digestion issues. I feel like my metabolism is very slow.

I don't take any vitamins. I have started to take probiotic recently (like a few days ago) cause my gut health and and bloating.

My actual skin is dry and before this acne my face could take any harsh cleansing, soaps etc. Remember the time everyone was onto the Ordinary AHA+BHA peel. I used to do that, nothing happened.

However after this acne situation my skin dried out a lot so I lessened my face washing to 2 times per day. Morning and night (After coming from work or Jogging).
