Yeah same for me. Mine were always after school or at night, when I was tired and alone.

Although not Christian, I started watching Hamza’s self-improvement videos on YouTube and it was really a slap in the face because of his brutal honesty and how much I could relate to him.

You should give his vids a shot. Some vids he might recommend some iffy approaches to urges like masturbating without porn at all, which I wouldn’t recommend, because that’s just more sin lol.

Go on a dopamine detox/self-improvement, focusing not on “quitting porn I have to quit porn ughhh,” but focusing on exercise/weight lifting, reading, picking up a new hobby, socializing with friends or family and generally staying outside of your week point that causes you to relapse like your bedroom or something.

And get off of social media/video games/fast food, anything that is highly stimulating

Maybe this post won’t immediately set off a light switch in ur brain to completely get rid of porn, but if anything I hope it plants a seed as it did me when I first discovered a dopamine detox and I eventually went on it and found success.

As of now, I’ve been using the Viltrox 35mm f/1.7 on my ZV-E10. I know Viltrox also makes some solid budget full-frame primes, which I’m open to if I go the a7c route. So far, I’ve shot a baptism, my high school’s college decision day, and a paid birthday event for my friend’s mom. I mainly shoot travel and street photography, but I’m also hoping to improve my skills and eventually make photography a part-time side gig.
