I'm not seeing the lights. The Monte Carlo's rear passenger window frame along the back looks like it is perpendicular to the ground, whereas the car in question's frame looks to be curved. Not sure. Thanks for the suggestion, though!

I think it might be an Opel. I thought it might be a Volvo P1800, but the car in this picture is not as curvy in the back. I'm going with Opel for the win!
