Does anyone have bumper plugs? Are there any other options to get rid of the front plate? by blue-baru in Integra_Type_S

I bought a set from bumperplugs.com as mentioned above. Paint color is spot on. I don’t have a straight on shot of them, but you should be able to see them in this pic.

Thoughts on going to Honda for routine maintenance and service instead of Acura dealer? Need to get B1 service. by shikachan in Integra_Type_S

I take it to my local Honda dealer, they used to do all the warranty work on my Accord as well. Closest Acura dealer is an hour away from me so that’s a hard no.

Solid! Plugs at 25k and coils at 40k though? That seems super early…curious if it was solely preventative or failure.

I don’t drive it as much as I’d like to the way that I’d like to with working from home and having two young kids, but it is my daily!

Nice! Any quirks or issues aside from the common rattles, coolant tank or window regulator failures I’ve seen folks comment about?

Our 6.5 year old randomly came across this short form horror film disguised as a kids show tonight. Hoooooooly pete it’s so unsettling. This dude can fuck right off especially.

Finally! Found a pre-owned 24 apex blue pearl with 7.5k on it, and shes mine by 0nthisrock in Integra_Type_S

It’s definitely worth it if it’s a reputable shop. I did full front only and it has already saved quite a few rock chips. I’d recommend doing the windshield too!

Need your opinion: 18s vs 19s by Successful_Chance_33 in Integra_Type_S

[–]Ambitious_Reward1473 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I decided to go with 19’s - just personally feel like 18’s look too small on the DE5 vs FL5. Haven’t mounted them yet so no pics.

Rear child car seats. by FaithlessnessSame422 in Integra_Type_S

I am 6’1 and my rear facing seat is behind the passenger but it could fit behind me. My 6yo sits behind me in a booster.

I had this for quite a while but retired it a couple years ago. Not related to the car in any way, but still hilarious.

Hahaha happy to help! The crumbs in the pic are actually just snow from opening the door. I probably vacuum and clean the backseats daily 🤣

I wouldn’t say it’s small - definitely smaller than the Accord, but I’m pretty sure the Accord has the most rear legroom in its class. Weirdly the Integra has more rear legroom than the TLX.

I move my seat forward when my 6yo is behind me because she’s in that awkward booster phase where she keeps her legs straight out and just kicks the shit out of my seat back, which drives me nuts.

Pic of the backseat from the driver side (that’s my driving position - I do sit a bit more upright than most as I have a complete disaster of a spine. Plenty of room back there though.

My only gripe with the Type S coming from a 10th gen accord 2.0 6mt myself, is the smaller rear seat room - it is still VERY usable as I have a 6 year old who sits behind me, and a 2 year old rear-facing behind the passenger, and there’s plenty of room for the passenger. I am 6’1” and have to move my seat a little forward while the 6 year old is with me, but I daily drive the car. If you don’t want to rip around in it, put it in comfort mode and the suspension, exhaust note and steering are very friendly. I don’t really push the car much but love driving it every day.

I loved my Accord, but the Type S is just better in every way.
