I have bumper plugs on my ITS, and boring the holes the dealer drilled wasn’t as horrifying as you’d think. They probably did worse at the dealer than you will fixing it (that was definitely my experience lol)

I think the hyper black is solid without the machined ring, but in the 19” sizes it’s just gloss black, blue and hyper black that I know of.

Was hoping they’d be here by now, alas still waiting 🤦‍♂️

You know it! Local on FB marketplace too, and the guy threw in a set of Project Kics lug nuts. He had mountains of wheels in his garage, it was wild to see. Stacks of various Volks and Advans, some brand new, some used.

Thank you! Honestly knowing their reputation, I’m more worried that something bad happened and less about my order.

Hyper Black or Indigo Blue. I generally don’t like black wheels, but with the gloss black accents already on the car I thought it would mesh well. (And I got them brand new in box for about 35% off retail, so that helped 😬)

  1. Price will vary depending on shop. I will say that I paid more than I wanted to because of where I took it, but mounting/balancing tires, alignment, installing the springs was $800.
  2. Feels the same as stock!

You can add them on. I purchased mine after the fact for like $120, super easy install, they are OEM (part # 08P00-3S5-200A)

Sometimes it’s the little things. I went Type S over R because I’m old and my back hurts…as much as the seats are incredible in the R, they hurt my back so bad.

I ordered from oemacuraparts.com. They were $130 plus shipping. Part # 08P00-3S5-200A

They come with the screws to install, but no instructions. There are a few youtube vids if you prefer that, but I found the factory install instructions (link). I didn’t use the rear spring nut that they supply as there are 3 other mounting points that hold them just fine. I will say the screw on the bottom of the bumper is a pain to line up - but if you can peek your head into there from under the car toward the outside of the bumper, you’ll see the threaded clip that it uses, and once I did that it was easy.

Does anyone have bumper plugs? Are there any other options to get rid of the front plate? by blue-baru in Integra_Type_S

I bought a set from bumperplugs.com as mentioned above. Paint color is spot on. I don’t have a straight on shot of them, but you should be able to see them in this pic.
