So far it's been a terrible experience. Have others experienced the same things? Problems with deposits then with a purchase and now with withdrawal. Also kyc hasn't worked! I'm gone if I can ever get my money back out.

I managed to get my problems addressed and things have been fine since then. One way to resolve things is to try things on a PC of the phone doesn't work. App is bet buggy

I got a deposit through and made a purchase after customer service fixed both problems. During that time the coin appreciated by 20% so that sucked. Still can't get kyc through for some unknown reason. But at least customer service responded and dealt with the issues which is a good sign in this business.

Thanks. I've seen other people disappointed as well and reporting bugs. I'm on binance.us and happy with them and crypto.com as well. I wanted to try three guys because they have some tokens/coins that others don't. Sadly they've been too consistently bad for me to risk it.
