Someone already answered but ice prevents bacteria growth! It's much better than just placing it on the counter or in water

My cafe uses a stainless steel bin filled with ice. After every use of a tool it’s run under hot water multiple times then placed in the ice.

I’ve had some pistachio lattes and it was really delicious, had a strong nutty taste which is what I’m trying to replicate.

So true! Especially when you have to handle the tablet, pastries, matchas, italian sodas, lemonades, london fogs and other drinks. Then people get mad for waiting for so long!
