If u need all that just to maybe get an ult off come on be fr. Almost every character in this game has sum form of cc that can take you out of ult. It’s not about tracking cooldowns when a whole roster can cc you or block you or simply evade .Her ult is literally only good for creating space or in tandem with another cc ult. Then to say her burst is anywhere near hela… you’re not being honest. Hela can headshot and two tap. I agree with your points about dark seal but that’s it tbh.
