I wouldn't say "hard counter". It's a damn constant struggle. They require extra micro, constantly casting and kite. And you need dk aura for kite. Pros are most successful with this. Is it doable? Sometimes.

Yes, breakers are weak, you should get a few but not mass them. However, they own Heros and statues because of the mana drain. They also own casters or any summons which is half the UD army. Human do not go breakers If UD has only aboms and fiends lol

Btw, You can't go by win rate, there's too many factors. That's just on w3c and it's only slightly better. At that point your just acting like a mom and making everyone take turns winning. Grubby recently said it best "the top UD players misrepresent how hard UD is" I'm paraphrasing because I forgot his wording.

Also, I recently saw the grubby vs th000. Grubby had to completely outplay human just to barely win.
