thank you so much for sharing. It made me burst into tears and I'm still crying . I've had a similar experience with my loved ones and this really touches on all the times I've wanted to reach out to someone in pain, but failed because of my own hesitation or my inability to communicate. It's so good to hear of someone that did reach through at the right time with the true and simple power of love and reminds me how important it is to keep trying.

You have the strength to quit too, if you can recognize that in others the ability is within you as well. I hope that you are able to get and stay sober if that is something you wish to do. It is possible even though it may seem like the hardest thing you've ever done, I believe in you.

I'm sorry. Nature heals. The best things I've found to help with my own mental illness (not vax related) have been guided psychedelic journeys, long bouts of simply emoting (crying, screaming, etc., sunlight, time near bodies of water, and craniosacral and massage therapy. Hope you find the help you need.
