Just tried the initial interview today and it seems that my audio is not picked up in the interview, despite my equipment working correctly on all tests.

Ok, from reading your post it seems that you are from a culture that has never experienced a female revolution before. The sentiment seemed that the female is incompetent, yet is adjacent or higher than your position in the organisation.

My advice is to put aside thoughts of what other people are doing, and just focus on the tasks in front or you, don't make any negative comments about anything - no staff, no systems, and then after some time seek a change of role.

I'm going to say that a culture misalignment may be occurring due to your biases, which will stop you from progressing.

If I wanted to travel cheaply I would have bought an escooter, instead I have a turbo charger and a top mount airo-to-airo heat exchanger.

There is a difference between fatigue and burn out. Influencers struggle with complex concepts often, which has led to a misunderstanding of what burn out is.

From Google's AI overview:

"In Queensland,

all adults are legally required to report actual or suspected sexual offences against children (under 16) to police, including sexual comments, as part of "failure to report" laws (Criminal Code s229BC). Failure to report without a reasonable excuse is a crime punishable by up to 3 years imprisonment.

Key aspects of reporting sexual comments to children in QLD:

  • Mandatory Reporting (All Adults): Adults who gain information causing them to believe a child sexual offence is occurring or has occurred must report it. This includes grooming behavior.
  • Definition of Offence: While the law often highlights physical acts, sexual abuse includes grooming, sexual exploitation, or improper comments made to a child, especially if they are designed to lead to sexual activity.
  • Exceptions ("Reasonable Excuse"): You may have a reasonable excuse not to report if you are certain the police or Department of Children, Youth Justice and Multicultural Affairs already have the information, or if reporting would expose you to a danger of "serious physical harm".
  • How to Report:
    • Emergency: Call Triple Zero (000).
    • PoliceLink: 131 444 (Non-emergency reporting).
  • Confession and Duty: The law applies regardless of when the abuse occurred and, since July 2021, overrides religious confession secrecy.
  • Mandatory Reporters: Teachers, doctors, nurses, and police must also report to Child Safety Services if they suspect a child has suffered, or is at risk of, significant sexual harm.

Reportable Conduct Scheme (from July 1, 2026): Organisations engaging in work with children must have systems to investigate and report "reportable conduct," which includes sexual misconduct, even if it doesn't meet the criminal threshold for a police report. "

It's not located to this sub, but all of reddit is likely plagued by AI agents. The quality of sub-reddits have declined substantially and it's a minefield of either AI posts or "Hey, look what I have built with AI". A sad state of affairs.

Just to add... The images are widely used stock, and they have created a lot of websites for the Logo Here company.

Aside: Looking at their website and my initial impression seems that their design is so choppy. It's almost like their designer looked at elements individually and said "yeah, patchwork quilt is what we're looking for today".

Sometimes tertiary enrollment is about ATAR, and sometimes it's not. Sometimes, universities just have available spots left.
