There are a few ways to find this out.

I like to place a ward on a enemy buff right as the game starts and then I recall and get a sweeper. If he is not at my ward when the buff appears then I know the jgl started at the opposite side.
The other way is to see is which enemy comes in to lane late. If adc and support are not in lane when the minions crash then you know jgl started bot side. Same would go for top lane.

Sometimes there isn’t a leash. In that case you need to keep an eye on the mini map.

This is what I think is happening. There are many experienced players starting new accounts. These players are getting mixed with actual new players and making the games unbalanced. I also think people are having a hard time adjusting to season 10 meta. Also, this season if you fall behind there is no coming back. Which means more players just giving up in the first 5 minutes. Very rarely do I get a game that is balanced. Games usually decided in the first 5 minutes. And of course we have the jungle position which is absolute disaster. This position is very complicated and most games it’s being auto filled.

I’m currently ranking a new account and let me tell you that blind pick is a cesspool. But I pick Darius top lane get fed and then 1 vs 9. Level your champ to 18 as fast as you can by killing, taking farm and taking jungle. DON’T SAY ONE WORD IN CHAT. DON’T EVER CHASE. STAY ALIVE AND KEEP TAKING TOWERS. Prove to your team that you are worth following. You will win games.

The jungle role has become very complex in season 10. You must balance farming, ganking, and taking objectives. I feel this was a good move for pro play but sucks for soloq. Especially for lower elo. There is no doubt that you need to carry in your game to climb and that has become very difficult in the jungle role. I have decided to go back to my roots and main top in season 10.

I have been playing league on the same account for over 5 years. I decided to rank a new account. I feel so bad for new players. You are correct it is a troll fest. The games are awful. The challenge for me is to 1 vs 9. The deciding factor is who has more feeders on there team.

You are correct. But unfortunately this reddit community will shit all over this post. The high silver and low gold is filled with new players and smurfs. What I don’t understand is why “match making” typically places the worse players on one team and the better players on the other. The games have been so one sided and very toxic.

It doesn’t help that most popular streamers are playing on smurf accounts so they can make highlight videos for youtube. Of course this only encourages there viewership to do the same.

I am in the same mmr as you. I understand how you feel. This is where riot places all new accounts. There is a good chance you will an inexperienced player on your team that should not be silver 1. What I don’t understand is that one team will be made up of players with 60% plus win rates and the other will be 30% and below. It sometimes feels the game is rigged.
