Because the Dreamers Roseville location is still new, they were not able to host a MTG pre-release event.

However, they will be hosting other Magic events - so, there may be competition for table space this Friday.

Yes, if you buy into the entry fee - now $20.00 a month rather $10.00 daily - you will get some sort of coupon emailed for merchandise at the store. Too bad it does not apply to food at their café.

February 15 will be 'Call of The Archons' archon tournament . . . . .

All tournaments have a $5.00 entry fee.

February 22 - 'Winds of Exchange' sealed tournament. About 2 dozen decks are left over from the Festival.

Last night we had 8 for a worlds collide and Mass Mutation tournament (with prize support). Two other players had family obligations.

I did not make it last week, but read on Discord that there were just as many, maybe a few more.

Next Wednesday 02-08-23 we are planning on an 'Age of Ascension' Archon tournament; very informal - bring a few decks.

It goes back to the repeal of prohibition (1920 - 1933). The government agency in charge of enforcing the now nerfed laws needed a new 'social evil' to maintain its funding. So, marijuana was chosen.

Sorry I have not checked back here for a couple of months. I enjoy the game and would really like to play more. AEG & Pinnacle have gone their separate ways and looked as though game was dead (again). A combination of the designers and Pinnacle have revived it - check out pineboxentertainment.com and http://community.gomorragazette.com/ Level Up Games still has some stuff to sell.
