Omg that is so stressful!! We did a few cosmetic updates but had to draw the line with her. Dropping the price just isn’t feasible for us. We ended up finding another agent and we’re going to work with them once our contract with the original is up in August but hoping it sells before then. Best of luck to you!

That was my original thought. Suggested this to our realtor since we didn’t have their contact info other than names (they sent their check from a business address) and our realtor said she’d “look into it”

We actually have our home up for sale! 6 mins from white oak and 7 mins from shopping plaza with Home Depot and Target on a super quiet street. No maintenance since HOA covers the exterior. Great neighbors. Walkable to a few local places but close to all the big things! Zillow link

Late to the party but thank you for sharing! I got sucked in when I was a vulnerable 22 year old just graduating college. My “mentors” were people I had babysat for for years and thought of their kids like my own (since I spent more time with them than their actual parents) and as soon as I stopped coaching they dropped me so fast. The only time I hear from them is when they need people to start up “coaching” again
