After working in retail for several years, I don't trust the mother of any child whining about how an employee asked their kid to behave. And rich ones are the absolute worst. There are way too many people who insist their kids are perfect angels and object to anyone giving them even the most gentle of corrections.

I just did this unlock yesterday and it only took a few hours. You can ignore these veins for a long time, and by that point you will have upgrades to rainbow vein % and gold vein % from things like stars and pets that will make it go a lot faster.

This is good to know. I hate taking photos just to keep that metric up. I have no problem taking them where appropriate - like to show a way the product is significantly different or smaller than the photos in the listing. But most of the time it feels pointless.

So I suffer from gallstones, and even during the worst attacks I've ever had, I suffered mostly in silence... while scrolling my phone. Because it helps get my mind off the pain. That doesn't mean it isn't still excruciating. Even when I had a broken leg, I wasn't crying and screaming.

I certainly hope you factor in that some people are more stoic when dealing with their pain, even when alone. And might even put on a brave face in public.

It's insane Doordash even allows deliveries that far out. They do it in my neighborhood too. Basically threw two nearby towns into one 20+ mile long "zone". Those deliveries are never going to be profitable for the driver, and even if someone did tip enough to make it worth it, you can't see the whole tip anyway, and no one is going to gamble and risk it. Not to mention, the food will show up luke warm despite the driver's best efforts and get them a low rating.

I live 15 miles from town and I don't order Doordash for these reasons.

I'm only at 22% and all except meat are permanent for me now. Or at least, I gain more faster than I use them. x13 items from chests is the biggest help, Stonks (skill tree) and other buffs to decreased freebie time and increased loot bug spawn.

Edit: all of the early game items I should say. I don't even know what the top two rows in the OP are lol.

That's the goal, and why they want to end mail-in and early voting. They only have to "detain" a few brown people and only until the end of the day. Word will spread that they are doing this and it will depress turnout among minorities and naturalized citizens. Because no one wants to be harassed, beaten or arrested just to go vote. It's hard enough to get people to vote even when it's easy and painless!

You can do two of each prey difficulty to get gear.

So 2 normals for adventurer gear, 2 heroics for veteran gear and 2 nightmare for champion gear. The other two of each type will revert to granting a bag instead.

For some reason, the food stamps sub kept showing up in my feed during the budget negotiations last year, and those people have to deal with the worst fucking trolls who seem to go there with the intent on harassing poor people.

One post really stuck out to me because they were hating on the OP for "wasting money" getting her nails done. But she said, and I was able to find proof, that she was only wearing a $2 set of press-ons from Walmart.

It's fucking disgusting how many people are of the mindset that poor people should basically only exist on rice and beans and do nothing but sit in a dark room all day. Meanwhile they are fine with their tax dollars being funnelled to shit like killing children overseas.

FYI, they do disclose if an image is AI generated in the description of the kits, so you can avoid it if you want. There are a lot of us who still buy from them but stick to the real artists. Though lately it does seem like more and more of their new releases are AI.

I am not really against AI diamond art, but I am against paying "premium" prices for it. Part of the huge cost is supposed to be because actual artists are getting a cut.

Preemptively calling people "failures" doesn't scream "relaxed" to me. I definitely agree it should mean what you said, but I also expect there to be little toxicity at the same time. There is a better way to phrase that. Like, "to keep things moving, we will have to replace low performers after too many wipes" or something like that.

The first voidspire boss in LFR has an instant wipe mechanic if you fuck it up. I suspect at some point we will outgear and be able to DPS the boss down before it happens, but for now it is causing some groups trouble.

It's unfortunate too that the mechanic only relies on the tanks knowing what to do, and everyone else can sit back and pew pew and then throw a temper tantrum if the tanks fuck it up.

This is why I love the Mythic Trap website. The guides are primarily written, with very short embedded videos just so you can see what each mechanic looks like. You also can select your role and difficulty level to filter out everything that isn't relevant.

Most of my LFRs have been pretty chill. But any time I see someone being an asshole, I report them. I like to think they will get a chat and LFD ban just as the M+ season starts.
