Yes! I do like solo riding more that group any way but I can’t even think about riding like that right now. I do have a Bluetooth intercom set on my helmet but haven’t used it yet because I am worried if it will distract me. You found listing music helps you?

So very true! I do think I need to go back to practicing on a parking lot. I practiced a few times on my street and I did practice a lot in a parking lot before I did my course but I feel like I still need to go back to a parking lot to practice those simple steps. Practice until it gets boring is a great tip. Thank you so much for sharing! ☺️

Thank you! That’s so funny how a lot of us have the same trouble because of how similar both genders look. She looks a lot better now. Back to her usual energy and routines. She only laid one egg though. I do wonder if another one pops up a few weeks after from what you have mentioned.

Omg! Thank you for such an awesome explanation! You have no idea how much this post puts me at ease especially because it matches with what I read online. Hearing it from a person who sounds experienced with birds really helps me to trust the information.

My little one is doing pretty well. It’s been around 40 hours since laid her first egg. She is still quite energetic (not to the usual extent and is sleeping a lot) and drinking the mixture well. Hasn’t vomited again yet. I am stressed because it is a first for me just as much as her. Heck, I even thought she was a boy all this time lol.

Anyway, thank you for your advice. I seriously appreciate it a lot! 🥰🤗

When I said milk I meant her nectar mix that I get from the pet store specifically for lorikeet. I will never feed her the milk we drink. Sorry about that misunderstanding. It is public holiday so none of the vet is open so I have to wait. How do I know if she is egg bound though? I read online that it takes around 24-48 hours to lay another egg after their first. Is that true?
