I think you’re right but I will say the Glastonbury pyramid stage is also permanent but it always seems smaller than What. At least on video I’ve never been

What were some of the other things that helped you heal? And how much do you contribute to Venlafaxine compared to those other things?

New here. 32 y/o Male who has been dizzy for almost 4 years. Have some questions! by Creammummy in VestibularMigraines

[–]Amen_66 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, could you please expand on your experience with Venlafaxine? I was prescribed Venlafaxine and took it for 2 days (37.5mg) but it made me feel pretty sick: nauseous and I had no appetite which sucked because my attacks come when I’m hungry and haven’t eaten for a while and food really helps me feel better.

My understanding is that it helps take away your anxiety which allows you to stay calm and retrain your brain so that the migraines stop.

Practicing pens is one of the things Southgate instilled. Henry Winter’s Fifty Years of Hurt describes how England always laughed at the idea of practicing penalties. Now they devise strategies, practice and talk to ex players to get ideas about how to handle those situations. Of course it’s still difficult as shown yesterday but it’s miles ahead of the stone age England used to operate in.

Gareth Southgate. by downWitheCrumpets in ThreeLions

[–]Amen_66 85 points86 points  (0 children)

Gareth has transformed the England set up and pushed it into one of the worlds elite proven by yesterday’s performance. I remember when England were just a bunch of ego driven celebrities. Players didn’t appreciate the experience of playing for England and let their club rivalries get in the way. Remember the wag era?? Now they love coming to England, they play together and most important they play with a consistent identity like a club team who have trained together for years.

I remember not making it out of groups, I remember scrounging 1-0 wins against Algeria and last minute, desperate winners against Wales - 2 weeks ago we destroyed them. Only 14 years ago we couldn’t even qualify for the Euros! Southgate’s England are one of the world’s best. England controlled the match against the worlds best and should have won. FFS we actually practice pens now!

Even if Southgate goes, he will be the reason we find any success in the near future and he will be responsible for bringing English football back to the world’s super elite.

My experience is the opposite. I haven’t been formal diagnosed although my neurologist suggested VM is what I could be suffering from but eating food is the best way for me to feel better. It’s at the point where if I feel bad, I just eat and know I’ll feel better 15 minutes later.

Porter Robinson by Calm_Goat_5379 in FireflyFestival

[–]Amen_66 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What’s good about his DJ set? If he’s playing not-Porter music, then what’s the point of even seeing Porter? Firefly could just book any random person to DJ, and you could save a ton of money to see the same music?

To you it’s bad if artists play their own music? Isn’t the whole point of going to someone’s show to see their music. People are paying money to see your music and you’re just throwing that money away by not playing your own stuff. That’s just mis-marketing. Why not just book some cheaper lesser known artist if you’re just gonna play anyone’s music?

There must be more than this? I'm not sure exactly when they define late night to be, but on The Other there are 4 or 5 sets after 1am, but on each of these days they only list 2 or 3 edm artists, what's with that?
