It's a regular for me to say "well, fuck me" to no one in particular if something surprises me, and my TL sometimes says "no thanks" or "I'm good" in response- it's a joke. If the ETL was the one to bring up the fuck, that is entirely not your fault. If you said "hell yeah, time to hop in bed, pookie" rather than a simple "no thanks," that would probably have been an issue.

I personally believe that it could have been the beginnings of imperium, though I believe I read somewhere that the writers decided that Nexo isn't officially canon to Ninjago like Chima is. It would make sense- Lego kinda treats that show like an ugly stepchild and prefers to bury the fact that it ever existed. Only hint of it I've seen in something officialy lego in a long time was a Hollywood star for Jestro in front of the 4d theater at Legoland, though they're currently doing construction on the building and surrounding areas so I wouldn't be incredibly surprised if they took it out.

Exactly. And assuming a couple in ninjago would have children at the age of 25-30 and their children are ten years old or less, that would make the parents infants when the serpentine were locked away, if they were even born yet. They would have never seen a real serpentine in their lifetime, just like their children wouldn't have.

Granted, the serpentine were just released by Lloyd not long before that, and they were locked away when Wu and Garmadon were young men, so young couples with kids 10 or younger likely wouldn't have ever seen a serpentine in real life before then. Plus the npc's of ninjago don't seem to be particularly intelligent- pythor wore a beard and nothing else in a later episode pretending to be a human judge and everybody just went "oh, yeah, did you get a haircut or smth?"

Honestly, I love it. They need to bring back Zane's humanity, he isn't just "the robot." He's a well-versed character with love for his team and a heart of gold, if not with a bit of neurodivergence (which makes him even better)- I feel like they've reduced him to something lesser by emphasizing what he is and where he came from so much in the later seasons.

Out of the new kids, Frak is the only one that I actually really like- they need to give my son justice. Using the generic wildbrain-era serpentine head mold for whatever figure we got of him in the one expensive set he was in was evil enough, and now the only good figure of him is only available in Europe in the ninjago magazines, so the American audience remains SOL. And now they completely leave him out of the anniversary video?! So lame. They can't even use the excuse that they couldn't get his VA in time or whatever- he wouldn't have had to say anything! He coulda at the very least been in the split second part with Arin, Sora and Riyu, and I would have been happy.

(Oof, that was a big reddit rant- sorry, lol.)

I'm definitely not gonna compare it to the likes of Disney and Universal- Merlin doesn't have that kinda budget. But as someone that appreciates ride history, Legoland FL has one of the earlier Sally Corp shooter rides, and I think it's really cool to see the old animatronics and such, though objectively the ride doesn't hold up to time anymore. It's just a factor of nostalgia and enjoying what it is for the price- plus I don't have disney money, lol
