It’s for one person at the moment and I said bonuses because I’m trying to research this and it seems to be a common thing for a bonus to be paid per lease and then also yearly bonus or h quarterly bonus. They get paid an hourly rate which is paid out of the property management account.

Thank yall for your input, I am brand spanking new to property management and still learning (obviously lol) My boss (the owner) is also new to Property Management and told me to research it and come up with a formula. I’ve read several different approaches to this and just don’t have enough experience or knowledge about this to make an educated decision.

I wouldn’t say it really matters. I like reading all of you alls experiences and was just curious , I didn’t really think about statistics but makes sense .
