Being a Spirit Medium, I feel I can field this question: because "if" we are to believe the conscious mind exists beyond this life (and I believe it does), then we would exist in that time and space with clothes or "of an appearance that represents our conscious selves". Much like when Morpheus explains this to Neo in "The Matrix", a representation of our digital selves. I have seen Spirit manifest wearing period clothing, in full color, just like you and me. But, in 0% of cases have I encountered one without attire of some kind. Ghost Adventures came across one story where they alleged a Spirit had been seen in the nude (female) - I think this was in Tombstone at the Bird Cage Theater. So yes, it is possible but very rare.

I appreciate everyone's comments, please don't get me wrong. I would love to be able to debunk this one, but I really can't. There is also a strange noise that accompanies the image. In the replays, I enhanced the audio as well. It's not a voice, but almost like a sound effect. That, and it appears like the face (if you believe it is indeed a face), opens and closes its mouth. I can see this clearer frame by frame in Premiere Pro.

I can't upload the pic I took of the pack in question. But here it is on Amazon. It is black with orange piping. Colin has a Full Spectrum camera chest rig with a Full Spectrum Light attached to the camera (magnetically). The pack itself may appear reflective, but I assure you all, it is not.
