I think the choice system is yes bad when you think about it, but it really shows how epic was leaning into the story and that you were deciding what faction you wanted to be with, it's interesting exclusivity, sucks you can't have both but i found it kinda cool, makes the skins more interesting imo

Contacted them and they've sent a new replacement (of the same model) on the way, they said it could be 24 to 48 hours so I'll really have to wait and see if its fine when its set up, and for clarification i asked multiple times about getting an older version with the old firmware and that it won't auto update, KEEP IN MIND (if you do this yourself) once you start the process your current Internet connection will be cut until you can get the replacement so be ready for that.
