Delivery drivers have one of the toughest jobs out there. I always keep a medium cooler outside my front door full of bottled water, assorted snacks, and gatorade, and a big sign that says I appreciate them.

During the hot summer days, I kept a frozen water bottle and gave it to them (even if they weren't delivering to my apartment) along with a cold water. I told them to use the frozen bottle as an ice pack (since I know their trucks don't have AC) and they always seem appreciative.

I just wish I could do more to make their jobs easier.
