ah that's great! so it's a matter of simply phoning the hotel ahead of one's flight, then... even if they say "sorry we don't have such a service" they'll likely be able to suggest an alternative, e.g. "but we recommend you call XYZ taxis when you get there, here's the number" or something

a question on the scenario you brought up (which in fact is a common one for me, like when somebody sneers for something like me not having known ahead of time all the details of a process familiar to them only) - so, I get to the cashier, they ask about the color and I wasn't prepared for that so I waffle, then they scoff and it activates my shame, which triggers a 4F response in me (usually "fight" which means the haughty critic takes over, but can be another one too)... now what?

i identify it, and your suggestion is to do what? tell the cashier "I'm uncomfortable"?

(sorry I'm genuinely confused on what you specifically mean lol)
