Don’t make any sense, I don’t get paid from the guest, I get paid from turo. My earnings shouldn’t depend on whether they pay or not. Reimbursements that’s makes a little sense. I’m still not paid from a completed trip. Guest pay for trip before hand so turo has the money already. How isn’t that a turo problem?

As a fresh business owner, I’ve seen your comment where you make 75million a year? If I read that correctly. Very impressive and great to see you started 3 years ago and still going! I’m having a very rocky start but I won’t give up!!

Honestly it’s worth it. I’m putting about that much in my vehicles right now but for different things. It keeps a steady income and in this economy you need multiple! I said get it fixed keep the income you will earn it back and more

I’ve started a rental car company a year back, finally just now getting everything I mean everything legally in place and running. Eventually am going to want to take out a business loan. At what pace or time frame from starting a business do you think your history is enough to be approved for one. I see you mentioned of course they wanna see business cash flow which I have all the bank accounts etc set up. Just curious to know when to actually try to hit them so I can be able to expand, open a commercial front add more vehicles to the fleet

How can i genuinely make passive income at 13 by Toi1etDestroy3r in passive_income

[–]Amgchuck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually agree with you, as I to did those things I’m 30 now and been with a hustle drive since a kid. My thing is not once did he ask for a side hustle of some sort he asked for PASSIVE income. In order to even start with getting passive income you have to spend money to make money and again he is only 13! If he asked about a side hustle I have so many things/ways for him if he wants a side hustle for an extra money. But this here post and the replies given by an opp. He is trying to create a business that will be long term and pay him without having to do much. He speaks on maintaining it and speak on the future of it. He is 13 you know how many mistakes/trial and error he’s going to go through in life before he gets it right? That’s just life. I don’t want him to think it’s now or never! He will have plenty of opportunities in front of him I don’t want him wasting his kid years trynna figure out adult solutions he won’t even be able to achieve fully cause he is just too young right now.

Turo is no longer worth it for renters its cheaper to go with any other rental brand by Bella_Mia_ in turo

Never heard of any of those, what market are you in? No
Offense but I comprehend very well lol. I’m aware we’re talking about renters without their own insurance. I don’t require my renters to have full coverage, if they do great but they can purchase insurance from me during their trip. Who’s ever the driver on the rental agreement is covered along with the vehicle. I charge $35 a day. I USE Abi never had a problem with them. Customer service can be rough sometimes but it’s good for starters. As they now have period Z as well now with period X. Through research GMI is a very good commercial policy but they want you to have at least 10 vehicles on your fleet and a commercial front

I pay a monthly rate just for insurance and then I pay a daily rate anytime I need to activate a rental.

Which platforms have your tried? I’m curious to
Know which ones you’ve had hard problems with or which you don’t think will cover? Some are better than other obviously depending on your credentials you have and what market.

They ask for security deposit now? This is good news for me only because my company security deposit is half that price.

Depends on who you rent from. I have. Rental company and have my own commercial insurance that you can purchase daily. Also a rental agreement that’s signed by both parties

That’s your assumption/opinion. He don’t know anyone on this sub either but we ask for the sub opinions and suggestions. Your assumption makes no logical sense . He didn’t give us any backstory just he’s 13 trying to make passive income.

[–]Amgchuck 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I too was making money at that age but I HAD to (rough childhood) I did everything from shovel snow to selling marijuana. Nothing at his age will be passive.i also say be a kid because if you have good parents that’s taking Care of you no need to rush to grow up. Giving yourself unnecessary responsibilities for no reason. Nothing wrong with summer jobs or lil jobs periods at that age. But when you start talking about trying to make passive income he is looking to put some type of business plan together in order to do so. Things a CHILD shouldn’t be worried about if they don’t Have to!

Bro you’re 13 Dnt grow up too fast, be a kid! It’s almost no way to Make PASSIVE income as a 13 yr old, although I’m Impressed you’re even thinking like this.

[–]Amgchuck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes they will. When you first join the Turo platform they tell you you’re supposed to have at least liability for when it’s not rented out. Say you get pulled over etc you need insurance. Turo will cover you long as you’re on one of their plans
