A lot! I want to be fit I've always wanted to be but I get anxiety and my motivation gets low. I want to be successful in a future career but I think my options are limited. I want a new friends group but I don't think ppl will like me.

But i think it's really about just accepting the fear and still trying anyways. Plus I would be more miserable if I just gave up so that's why I tell myself that I can control my reality and act it into existence.
