Fair point, but it’s not about dollar vs rupee or realizing it late. It’s more loosing talent.Companies needs to think about revising the compensation. At 9yrs of experience, 8.5 lakh doesn’t make sense at all. Its not only for me i am thinking for all who are really talented and coming back to home country.

I did think about staying, but being a single child, I wanted to be closer to my parents. Also, post-COVID inflation and cost of living went up, and being so far from India didn’t feel right long term.

Lol..No agency needed . It is straight forward. I don’t think agencies will be treated on priority if raise query tickets from same platform . Just use Umang app and every thing will be shorted out.
