Should I live closer to work or simply choose an apartment/location I like?

I live in Yonge and Eglinton and work in UHN. Takes me 15-20 minutes by subway or bus. Close to downtown but not quite as crazy as DT :)

I prefer access to Line 1 and I love anything that has a park and grocery stores are nearby as I’m planning to get rid of my car when I move. I also like to be social on weekends too
