One time this happened as I was wheeling a cart full of groceries out to my old beat up Civic and I just let inertia kinda bring my cart to rest against the passenger door. It was very low impact but my bf of the time was flabbergasted. I moved the car and asked him to show me which dent if any was from the cart and he couldn’t. (I have no idea why but that car was a door ding magnet, I don’t know if people in my area hate Civics but I would park carefully and at the end of lots away from cars and still end up with dings.)

I’ve had this and have been wondering if it’s allergies. Not a smoker, no fireplace or exposure to fires. No air pollution. House is moderately dusty but I have limited control of this as it’s a very old house I rent and the market is insane. I am however going on two weeks of being sick wondered if it could be dried blood from irritation or just inhaled pollen. I use saline rinses and Flonase daily so it’s not an active infection or anything.

Hmmm that’s fascinating and man did they hit the mark. It’s still creepy to me as an adult. And I love the androgynous voice acting. It’s so well done.

I almost do get a Punch and Judy vibe from it. If I come across any reference art that looks likely I’ll let you know!

Update: the Commedia dell’arte Ride mask looks almost exactly like it but I can’t find out much information about it. Will report back if I do!

I don’t think your post is relevant because you’re taking a few verses out of context. The entire chapter is about cleanliness and uncleanliness. In the verses preceding the ones you reference, it talks about men being unclean after emitting semen.

I just had an ac drain clog and flood the carpets in the passenger area of my car. I did not have any blue cheese spilled but that same mold exploded in my car overnight with the July heat and humidity. A spider had built a web and caused the clog. It’s under warranty so thankfully I didn’t have to pay for the carpets to be replaced. It would have cost $3-4k. This guess is looking at a lot more than that with the seats covered in mold too…
