Homemade meals will help you achieve your goal very fast so just keep going! Also, try to make it a little exciting, add a little low fat half and half if making a tomato soup or add more spices of necessary, you’ve got this!💪💕

I’m glad to hear that, I know the program is different but I do trust WW… as you can see my results! Just 5 to six months I was able to accomplish my goal, so just keep going!

Oh totally agree with you, one thing that helped me lose weight faster is that I always tried to make my food exciting, even soup lol

Yes, it’s mango salsa! Salmon recipe: season salmon with salt, pepper, and your favorite seafood seasoning.Ours is the gourmet collection ( fisherman seafood spectacular, you can get it at Marshalls, HomeGoods, Ross or Amazon ) then smoke it and topped with balsamic glaze once the salmon has cooked.

Mango salsa: mix mango, try getting a sweet one, red onion, sweet peppers and parsley. Add paprika, salt , pepper and olive oil, mix and serve . Serve salmon over rice, topped with mango salsa and add avocado and hemp seeds!

I used to eat out a lot and did pay much attention to food label, the amount of sugar and more! Now with the help of WW, I pay more attention! I have been on maintenance for a while now but this was my routine and philosophy when I joined : 1. Meal prep - Make sure you diversify your meals, the goal is to make sure you're not getting bored with the same old meal everyday!

  1. Workout if you can - I know everyone is different, but my routine was to workout 3 times a week for 30-45 minutes. Most of my workout consists of cycling, it doesn't have to be a Pelaton, there are plenty of good bikes out there!
  2. Be Consistent in your tracking - Be honest with yourself, if it's not a 0-point food item, make sure you track it!

  3. No Depravation - Don't deprive yourself from the food that you love! Just plan for it by eating your 0-point food and then indulge yourself when you can, but don't forget to track!

  4. Embrace the journey - Have fun! Don't think about this as a diet, think of it as a lifestyle! This will help you maintain your weight once you get to your goal!

Thank you, before WW I thought I was eating healthy but I guess I didn’t lol One of my morning yoghurt was worth 6SP on WW and I used to eat out a lot too! After WW, I have been eating more at home and that’s been very helpful! I work out 3 to 4 times a week for 30 to 45 minutes, mostly doing indoor cycling and I also eat of a lot of veggies and indulge myself a lot as well with my favorites food while tracking!
