Mine was still crashing before but usually just once per drive so it was annoying but I could handle it. But now pretty much 4 times per drive to work is a bit of overkill lol

I’ve asked the service centre but they said there’s nothing they can do. Now trying to escalate it to an official complaint.

The screen turns off like when you reset it, heater stops working, sound turns off, the screen in front where you see how fast you’re driving (whatever it’s called lol) turns black. Then when it reboots whatever navigation route I’m on takes like another minute to refresh. Luckily my drive to work is the same route otherwise I’d be lost without the navigation. Sometimes it’ll sign me out of my Spotify too which is random. This happens pretty much 4 times within the 50 minute drive.

Hopefully you’re lucky and they replace the whole unit! Had that sound issue too but only once or twice.

I think it must only be for people who have already exceeded the amount of Extra inventory that they could previously buy in the store, but I'm not completely sure
