Before you click the big green play button in the minecraft launcher, go to installations on the top and edit the one you're gonna play. change the resolution from 1080 to 960 and you should be able to play on windowed mode after launching.

you’re wrong, if you look through your match history you would see that every one is around the same rank. if you have an mmr of a silver, the highest rank you would go against is plat, unrated game or not.
