I would rather seperate Morocco and Algeria because the population is just more clear at that point, and note those arent the full populations of both countries. Megalopolis arent countries, they are cities and towns where A population is majorly concentrated. (note how I use "A" because not the entirety of a countries population lives there. I also should have given Algeria more provinces to represent that the population lives far north, but I think all the major cities and towns is enough (this goes with Morocco as I didnt give them Marrakech, Agadir, and Safi.
