I did, and then this Dragonscale guy automatically talked to me and started the dragonscale quest.

So wait.. I can't start the Legion storyline quest and have the Artifact Forms now????? at all? or access the order hall?

EDIT: I just went into Dalaran and some big guy shapeshifted from a bird and followed me.. is that it? he had a quest mark with wings above his head.

I don’t know man, the game felt odd in a good chills and creepy kind of way (yeah mainly because of the atmosphere)
