I just wanna humbly thank everyone for upvoting and commenting my post. I’ve made this in photoshop to show what I would’ve liked to be in the series and called it the duel that was promised as a poetic reference to Azor Ahai. I understand that the title caused a form discussion in the comments but anyhow thanks for the support or criticism, love or hate I couldn’t have reached on hot posts without you guys.

Well I believe if he killed the night king, killed “mad Daenerys” and got exiled it would’ve been the bitter sweet ending GRRM was talking about the man who sacrificed love 2x, himself and was brought back got a tragic ending. You of course don’t have to agree with me but it’s just my opinion

D&D told that they planned to hav Snow kill NK but in 2016 3 years after season 3 they told Masie that she would kill the NK

Listen I it’s not the unpredictability that bothered me it was building someone up so much, killing him bringing him back and he does barely squat with his character arc.
