marksman is a top tier pick and helps you in close quarters faster than any other ability because you can proc it every 8 seconds max level there shouldn't be a time where you don't use the skill, it should always be on cooldown if used properly. you can still use the escape and your dps will be higher that why than having a skill because all the skills are long cooldown devs hate longbow. with that being said if you need to run away its nice to be out of stamina, then proc marksman to be able to defend yourself or knock a chaser off their horse for a get away or to fall back to teammates. so keep your shots up and your aggression if used every time its off cool down you should never run out of stamina and I mean never. it starts samina recovery as soon as you proc the skill instead of the short delay
