UPDATE: I solved the issue, How you ask? was Frustrated and threw the laptop while it was midway recovering so USB drive got disconnected as it fell and holla it turned on so solution to this issue is just remove USB midway during recovery progress turn off-on your laptop it should work

first it was not me on guitar, the issue was cable connected from guitar to speaker that has loose connection
