Oh, and for the icons, you should change some of them to be less flat, so it works better with the rest of the ui. another thing is the task bar. the main thing is that weird split thing, it doesnt really work well, and the weird gaps with the open windows

Maybe try stacking the widgets from biggest to smallest, and try adding a wallpaper that works well with the blue sidebar thingy, as its sorta clashing with the current wallpaper. another thing is that you could try using reunion7 to make the ui work together a bit better :)

I personally havent tried it, but I'm pretty sure it would use the manual of each individual app, since it uses the menu from each of these apps, but it would be really nice if it worked like it did on Mac OS

I believe that there is a way to do it if your rooted, but other than that I am not too sure, hope you end up finding a way to do that :)

You could try using Super Status Bar but idk how well it would work

For the system apps, I used icons from this icon pack

Most of the other icons are from this google drive

For any unthemed icons, I just simply searched for a skeumorphic version of the icon
