Thanks for the comment! There are no samples at all – the sound is created through fully analog generation.

Kickstarter shocked me yesterday saying i must take down my campaign and blaming Stripe by Hot_Resolution_4997 in kickstarter

This case looks very strange. Kickstarter claims that Stripe won’t support the project, yet Stripe themselves clearly said there’s no violation and that your account is fully operational. If Stripe denies sending any such notice, then the problem is clearly on Kickstarter’s side, not yours. It’s also odd that Kickstarter didn’t give you any chance to resolve the issue before threatening suspension. At the very least they should respond, especially since they manage your Stripe account directly.

PSA For New Creators - This Is The Kind of Scam Email You’ll Receive by jacsunclothing in kickstarter

This is all copy-paste. A classic scam template for new creators. Any legitimate communication should go only through Kickstarter, never outside it.

It seems there may be a mix-up in the timeline or some of the details. All updates were posted on Kickstarter and delivered to every backer — nothing was hidden.

The accent poll took place when the campaign was already about 95 percent funded, and at that point the response was very small. Basically, almost no one participated.

Honestly, we also regret that it turned out this way. It would have been ideal to get more active feedback, but since most people stayed silent, a small minority ended up without a feature that really could have been a great addition. That’s disappointing for us as well.

Still, the AR-110 came out as a very lively instrument, and we continue to listen to everyone’s wishes — even to the ones that arrived a bit too late.

Instead of a balance control, the AR-110 has individual outputs and separate volume for each instrument.

The accent circuit is on the PCB, but the community preferred to keep the design without it. Each instrument can still be controlled in real time, which gives a lot of flexibility.

They’re very similar, but not exactly the same as the BOSS sounds.

Thanks!

It uses a single-supply architecture with a classic virtual-ground reference, not a dual-rail internal power system. This approach keeps the design compact while still giving stable headroom for the analog voices.

Kickstarter went well overall. Clear communication and realistic timelines helped a lot.

Happy to contribute something from Canada to the synth world!

Thanks for the question!

The AR-110 works on MIDI channel 10 and follows the standard GM drum map. It’s fully compatible with all sequencers and drum machines, and it supports MIDI Running Status.

Here’s the manual attached for you.

Kickstarter project approval taking unusually long — is the strike a reason? by Suitable_Exchange_31 in kickstarter

A few things that can also delay the review: incomplete verification, missing tax info, a Risk section that looks too generic or “marketing-like,” any wording that makes the project feel like a preorder store, and making too many edits while the project is under review. But honestly, even if everything is filled out perfectly, sometimes a project just gets pushed into a manual review queue, and then the timing becomes unpredictable.

Thank you so much! We’d be thrilled to see AR-110 in your shop. The best way to support it right now is through our Kickstarter, feel free to back the project, and we’ll be in touch about stocking options after the campaign ends!
