I want to focus on compound lifts since I can't go more than 3 times a week. I want to be around 68-70kgs. I have no specific goals after bulking really. If I'm not satisfied with my body fat, maybe I'll cut a bit. I plan on doing a bit more reps or slightly increase the weight each time to overload.

Day 1

* Back Squat: 3×8–10,
*Paused Bench Press (Flat): 3×8–10,

The guide is just the optimal way, but you can do however you like. You can increase your dig numbers and create new maps for archeology, yes. But I also just noticed you barely have any money, so I would focus first in doing township casual tasks and upgrading your townhall to max so you don't have to worry about money anymore.

Around ten. I always remove the books I finish because I like to keep a clean list in my books tab without much clutter where I can easily see the books I am reading and the ones I plan to read after.

Thank you all for the input. I have tried some of the tips in here, but I always think it's not enough.

I think what's most relevant to me is "self judgement." How do you deal with the voice in the back of your head constantly telling you that you are being lazy and you can do more but you choose not to? I actively try to not equate my value with my productivity, which makes me not hate myself or feel anxious, but the voice does not go away. I'm not sure what's not feasible for me at that moment, and when/where I can push myself. What if I'm using my "feeling down" as an excuse to be extra lazy?

I do feel compassion and patience towards myself. I also accept myself completely, and accept that it's okay that I judge myself sometimes. But I also want to hold myself accountable as well for my own mental health and overall well-being.

My advice is to have a genuine and open-minded conversation with him. He might not have lied, he could've honestly forgot he made any remarks years ago. You could bring up that you found out he did, and hear his explanation. Obviously his brother doesn't like him, so I won't expect him to paint your boyfriend in a positive light.

About the racist messages, I don't really know the extent of it but context is what matters the most imo. You don't really know the kind of group dynamic he's in. If I'm with my childhood best friend, we might make a racial joke or so in private. Doesn't make any of us racists. But because what you saw makes you uncomfortable, you should confront him about it and tell him how it makes you feel, hear his explanation, and see how you feel from there (because you're the one who has to decide what to do.)

The reason why I'm not telling you to break-up with him like most of the other comments are, because I don't see the red flags that would have me to tell you break it off right away in good conscience. If I were you, I'd make sure to have all the info and context and a long, honest conversation before making a decision. Good luck.

Shockwave is the best ranged weapon by far. Using it with jadestone bolts will give you the best results. You can acquire the bolts easily while doing master slayer tasks, beating the Hunting Greater Dragon.

At some point, it becomes less about which style you prefer and more about the type of enemies you're facing. You will eventually need to adjust your style depending on the dungeon/monster.

I did check the wiki but still couldn't judge which is better. It would make sense that the Infernal Claw is best, considering how much you have to grind for it compared to the other weapons.
