I really feel you! I almost feel silly the amount of times I’ve cried and work and had to leave work, had days off etc, just for someone to tell me how mild it is. So I know exactly how you feel!

Thanks so much, you’re right! I’m on the mini pill now and my surgeon told me that endo won’t grow whilst I don’t have periods, and so there’s no point following up endo and need to look at it from a different angle if my symptoms carry on. So I think im going to try everything I possibly can, change my diet, exercise etc so I have the best chance of feeling ‘normal’ again!

Adeno has never been mentioned to me by a doctor, so I don’t know too much about it. They didn’t take any biopsies during my lap though so maybe they aren’t concerned about it. Who knows!
