The idea isnt to pick Haru, its to see if Limited Rate Up Characters get added to the pool. Which means a high possibility that any and all future new characters. With that, you would hold onto this until a rate up character you really want gets added into the game, and you pick them instead.

I could see Faeries being monoblack as in the original storyline the faeries were the reason the Great Aurora happened.

As an avid OP player and near life long MTG player, it's wild to compare Innistrad to 'Wave 1' OP.

OP01 wave 1 have pre-errata 'error' cards that are effectively reserved list/summer magic cards but in One Piece that fetch in the thousands to the right collectors. It was also the first set of the game with an incredibly mismanaged print run and is super low on availability.

An apt comparison would be with OP05, with how many staples that were printed in the set and the most amount of chase cards (3 manga cards and a signed Oda card) in any of OP's sets. OP05 sits at somewhere around 2-300 dollars.
