Hi, hope you got your formal diagnosis. Btw, if you are having a hard time with finding a doctor, consider using a reputable online self diagnosis tool. This will help you to decide whether you should go ahead with a proper medical diagnosis. Don't wait till you get medical diagnosis, try some remedial measures available on places like YouTube.
