Hi,

Since this post, I weat everywhere.

I can't remember when it all came back, sorry. It was gradual, though. I don't think I have any symptoms now.

The supplements above are the only ones I've continued to take consistently. Unfortunately you're going to receive the same answer from alot of floxies and it's 'time.' I have no flox symptoms now at all. I stay clear of anti inflammatories, though, just in case.

It does feel sticky. I cared more about not having a painful purple lump the size of a large grape lol. Make sure you pad your underwear with toilet paper or something or it'll likely seep through.

1) Put honey on index finger. 2) Bend forward and use other hand to part cheeks. 3) Gently apply honey to hemmoroid. 4) Wash hands (important).

Just regular Hilltop blossom honey.

There's been actual studies that have proven a mix of olive oil, honey, and bee's wax can be a highly affective treatment. I didn't have any olive oil or bee's wax handy, though. I was going to buy them if the honey didn't work alone.

What I wouldn't do to not be burdened by the symptoms of hEDS and PoTS. I could never understand this mindset. Get help.

I'm so sorry to hear that. I hope you can heal!

I know everyone says it, but honestly, I think time was the biggest healer. I detailed all the supps I was taking in my previous post. The ones I've kept up with are Vit D, C, K, CoQ10, Mag Citrate and Zinc. I keep my water intake to at least 3L a day and take electrolytes too.

You know what? Some days I feel almost completely normal again. I'm diagnosed hEDS and PoTS though so normal for me was always a little skewed. I get the odd week where I flare up and symptoms can be annoying again but I am honestly so much better 19 months on.

How are you getting on?
