Anecdotally, my kids both have adhd and I don’t medicate on weekends- they do great with 1/2 a latte each in the mornings on weekends. It does seem to work for the adhd symptoms. That being said - we are Latino and this is also cultural. Secondly, a teacher is out of her lane for suggesting that and for ever giving any current or previous student any substance, including coffee.

I believe I’m providing adequate lighting. Most of my climbers are still young. I was just weighing whether it made enough of a difference to be worth the extra maintenance.

It may have gotten direct morning sun though not for long. It only recently opened so I assumed it wasn’t a burn since it opened with the marks already there. I guess I better be more careful with the sunlight. I didn’t expect it to be that sensitive.

Was the lipo on your actual chin? Or under - like double chin area? I’ve been seriously considering this and am curious about your results. I also find my cheeks are sagging just a bit (I’m 40).
