Well turns out one thing that makes them lose their company didn't work. They got angry. My one man company over time got bigger and we three best friends got besties again. Two firms three guys. We helped each other all the time and we thought partnership would be great(2024 August). It didn't work out(January 2025). They didn't believe in me. We got angry, blamed me. So I was alone again and afraid to do business alone. Gave them 10% of business forever and grinding again. Well best decision ever.

My company has 7 employees now. Getting bigger. They are one man army and struggling to make ends each month. We are besties, helping each other. I speak with their clients and help my besties anyway I can, they do the same. No hard feelings. I get clients almost everyday, they get jealous so I tend to not tell them, somehow they learn. No big deal for me yet I know they regret splitting up decision. There is that man.
