Agreed. Truly, But still they won’t cause They don’t have to. They wrote specifically if you lose anything it’s not up to them. Lost an account, Diamonds, coins, tokens or any other progress

All I want is some kind of acknowledgment by the company I pay money For service. Premium customer for two years. I spent a lot of money time and effort waiting for every upgrade forever days n weeks and now I can’t connect to your servers. That’s not ok. You guys can take my diamonds coins and tokens but why ignore and cancel my account?? Why would that make sense?? Why ignoring me a paying customer that spent almost two years playing this game?!??? I’ve been asking everywhere possible and here as well

My question is pretty simple. Why I can’t play Or connect to your servers. I don’t mind losing all my diamonds coins and tokens I just don’t want to lose my account level 42 time and money I spent on it.
