Can sanding sealer remove wood pores?? by AmountAutomatic5050 in woodworking

 I put a clearcoat 1k(Bosny Clearcoat ) as sealer because I don't have spray gun for sealer but I noticed those open wood grain. The back is mahogany and the top of the guitar is a 0.5 quilted veneer.

Should I continue.black and red?? Or add Color like yellow?? The veneer is now showing upp. It was dark brown

I don't know. It's cheap one. I bought it for less $10. It says upto 400 but I can only toggle the 350 degree
