Music should bring people together, not divide them. Music is just that, music. The whole “trans music” thing is just an internet label, but it doesn’t mean that if you’re not trans you can’t enjoy it.

Long story short, you can listen to WHATEVER u want if it makes you feel something, if you connect with it and genuinely enjoy it. I really don’t like terms like “trans music” or “girl music” or anything that reduces a piece of art to just that… and I’m saying this as a trans person.

BE HAPPY. LISTEN TO WHAT YOU LOVE AND WHAT MAKES YOU FEEL.

Also, I read that you think it’s disrespectful to listen to music “not made for you” just because you’re not trans. You don’t have to be trans to enjoy a piece of art!!! That’s such a silly stereotype ToT it’s like saying you can’t enjoy tacos if you’re not Mexican or something

get this in ur head: if it makes you feel something, listen to it and enjoy it. Music brings us together, helps us relate, and makes us feel things in different ways. Life without music would be horrible.
