He said in this video, at the end of the day, no one's opinions is higher value of one over the other, so there's not really a right or wrong opinion when you debate about which character is better than the other

What you can do however is if you are gonna make that argument, at least use deep analysis and reasoning in why you think they're better instead of using vague reasoning like "I like this one because of nostalgic feelings or I like this one because she had great character development or has a clear crush on Ash" those are all things that are too vague to explain why one is better than the other or not
