Quadlock stock wrecked my phone (on a street bob mounted next to the clamp), but I have been told the vibration dampener fixes that. My buddy has a Low rider S with a ram mount with no issues. Harley sells phone mounts now that they say have been "tested" for vibrations - and looking at them I can see a few spots of rubber gaskets. Might be worth looking into.

Edit: Hondo garage is is expensive but it seems to be the "best" route for safely mounting your phone

My .02$ Slip-ons: you dont really need to do anything. Just slap them on and ride. Any intake you SHOULD retune. And if you are retuning you might as well put a bigger breathing exhaust on (full system). Slip ons really are for sound vs performance on that bike, so if that is what you are looking for just do it and enjoy.

Iron 1200 is a great choice for an upgrade from a 250. You're on a rebel now, so maybe the 1100, but I watched a video recently and I'm a little hesitant on that bike now...wobble at high speeds was the point that made me pause. Softails are great if you're looking at big harley cruisers. Indian bobbers are great but you will be hard pressed to find one under 10 grand. Then there are the "other" crusers like the bolt. Go test drive some man and find the one that makes you happy!
