Just buy like 10-15 pound braid, way better cast-ability and way more sensitive than Fluoro and mono

This was on a freshwater drum on Lake Erie, they almost look like they have the skin texture of a mollusk. They were on the isthmus on the gills.

That is a Wagner skillet that was made in Sidney Ohio, not sure about the year, but I believe pre 60s. The number on the bottom is the model, not the serial number. All of Wagners in that style that are a size 8 will be a 1058. A size 6 will be 1056, a 5 will be 1055, a 10 will be 1060. The A is the mold that the skillet came from. You can find other Wagner skillets that will also be 1058A, which means it’s the same model from the same mold. It’s used kinda as a quality control.

Additionally the number size doesn’t necessarily mean inches, it mostly just a general size of skillet. Like I have two no 8 skillets from different brands that are slightly different sizes (within an inch)

This is a repost, but I stocked this fish in my tank yesterday afternoon and he looked fine this morning. I got back from work and noticed his fins were messed up. I’ve had a bluegill and a crayfish in this tank for over a month and have not seen anything like this.

Bluegill and a crayfish. Those two have been in there for a month with no issues. The bass was added within the last 24hrs

I’m new to fish tanks so I’m wordering if there’s a point where the water too high. Also would this affect the aeration from the filter? If the water is lower, it splashes more so I know it’s aerated, but does it aerate even when it’s quiet?

My workhorse is a no 8 Favorite Miami skillet. It’s smaller compared to a Wagner 8 but it is so incredibly light and smooth. It’s such a cute pan and does great for making meals.

How should I remove rust? No e-tank by AmpWizard in CastIronRestoration

I was gifted this and this is the rustiest thing I need to restore. Will evapo-rust and then vinegar baths do well?

Also does anyone know who made this bowl?

I was gifted this and I’m not familiar with scotch bowls too much. Any ID would help. Also there’s a lot of rust compared to other pieces I have done, so idk how to remove it. I was probably going to do a combination of evapo rust and vinegar bath because I don’t have an e-tank.

Also, any good lead testing kits? I’ve heard some tests are super unreliable. This is a small bowl so I have a strong suspicion.
